We aim to provide a great experience from the moment you engage us to when you receive your photos. Soft skills training is also delivered to ensure that we provide quality work and behavioural ethics such as interaction with guests, arriving early for briefs, and venue surveys. The Glow288 is a bespoke Event Photography service package tailored to private events such as birthday parties or baby showers. After viewing the package and deciding that it meets your requirements, we recommend you go for the Glow288 package as the process is much faster.

However, if you have a full-day event or require a package that includes event photography with canvas prints, a photo booth, or additional videography services, do reach out to us via the contact form below.

All events are made differently. Thus, the type of activities happening at the event may vary.

We do not limit the number of photos the event photographer takes. Generally, the 1st 2 hours of engagement will result in approximately 80 – 120 images, with the subsequent hours resulting in 30 – 50 photos or more.

All photos will be edited, exported into high-resolution softcopies in JPEG, and delivered to your email via a secure cloud transfer service such as Dropbox or WeTransfer.

The lead time is 4-6 weeks for all photos to be processed. However, we understand that you might require urgent use of certain images at times. In that case, do not hesitate to reach out to us as we are open to discussing a workaround for such circumstances.

Popular add-on services to event photography in Singapore are the development of a canvas print and having a photo booth setup. Moreover, there is a surge in demand for videography coverage due to its capability to be easily shared.

Understand the process through this explanation.

  1. If you are going for Glow288, it is more straightforward. Go to the package and click or tap on the ‘book now’ button on the Glow288 pricing table under the promotion packages page.
  2. After you complete the form, a quotation or confirmation will be sent through email. (Glow288).
  3. Once your enquiries have been addressed and your order confirmed, we will provide you with an invoice.
  4. A small deposit is required to secure the photographer’s date and timing.
  5. The photographer will extend their introduction to you via email or mobile no less than 3 days before the event. At this point, you can also provide a briefing to the photographer on highlights of the event if you wish to.
  6. The photographer will be arriving 15-20 minutes or even earlier on the event day to be with you and carry out a site survey before the start of the event.
  7. Once the event ends, our photographer will come back to our studio to start editing the photos. We will also contact you to collect payment at this point.
  8. When the photographer has edited the photos, they will drop you a secure download link to download them.

Wedding And Registry of Marriages (ROM) Event Photography

Firefly’s first wedding photography assignment was a referral from a family who had a family photoshoot with us. Since then, we have been a part of many milestones for our lovely couples’ weddings and ROMs.

Our wedding photographers have honed their craft over the years. It has expanded our capabilities to provide a full suite of media services for any wedding couple, such as wedding videography on an actual day with morning highlights, photo booths, and a casual pre-wedding preview of the behind-the-scenes. We also can develop a canvas print for your wedding display!

Engaging our full Actual Day Wedding photography and videography services will come with a free 2-hour casual pre-wedding preview by our wedding videographers. Let us know if you have any further questions!

We charge full-day and half-day rates for wedding events, as some weddings may last for 4 to 6 hours while others may go beyond 10 hours. For any queries, do write to us, and we will deliver an accurate and transparent quotation.

For ROMs, we also have a customised package for you.

The rates may differ due to factors such as our staffing’s particular skill sets, equipment used, and the photographer’s experience. For example, one may be experienced at birthdays while the other may be experienced at weddings. As such, we will allocate the necessary logistics accordingly.

Our hourly rates will not differ significantly between the Wedding package and Glow288 packages. Please reach out to us for more information!

Every wedding is unique, and that’s what makes it so special. We want you to capture every moment of your wedding. As such, we do not limit the number of photos the wedding photographer takes.

In general, the deliverables for a full-day wedding are approximately 400 High-Resolution Edited JPEG photos.

All photos will be edited, exported into high-resolution softcopies in JPEG, and delivered via email through a secure cloud transfer service such as Dropbox or WeTransfer.

We require a lead time of 4-6 weeks to process your photos quickly. However, if you need an image urgently and it falls outside the original lead time, we are happy to discuss a workaround so that you can get the photo processed as soon as possible.

A popular add-on service that individuals take on is actual day wedding videography – which means making all your morning highlights ready and demonstrating them at a banquet showcase courtesy of our wedding videographers.

  2. We will provide a non-obligatory consultation for the actual day wedding photography and videography service.
  3. After confirmation, we will book the dates for our crew and secure a small deposit. You can also choose to use our templates for wedding planning to have a better wedding planning experience.
  4. To finalise any schedule changes and arrange a casual pre-wedding shoot (if applicable), we will contact you approximately 2 months before your wedding date.
  5. All photos and videos will be backed up by our wedding photographers into a secure cloud after your wedding to process them.
  6. At this point, the final amount will be reflected in an invoice and sent to you.
  7. Once all photos and videos are sorted into the allocated cloud folder, a secure download link will be sent to you.

When it comes to photos, service, and package deliverables, they can be customised to meet the customer’s specific needs. For example, all images are edited and returned with key moments. Additionally, editing styles may differ depending on the requirement, the event photographer’s skillset, and the equipment used.

Private event deliverables often have more photo deliverables, while corporate event photos have more specific key photo deliverables, such as award photos.

The Firefly Photography team may also have specific editing styles between the two. Ultimately, we will use our best judgement to process the photo deliverables depending on the audience of your event.

There are many types of events happening at a given event. That is what makes it unique – the variety of activities and happenings at the event. As such, we do not set a limit to the number of photos taken.

The first 2 hours of engagement will generate approximately 80 – 120 photos or more and the subsequent hours generating 30 – 50 photos or more.

All photos will be edited, exported into high-resolution softcopies in JPEG, and delivered to your email via a secure cloud transfer service such as Dropbox or WeTransfer.

The lead-time for a corporate event differs from a private one due to many factors such as media release, management reporting and many more. Do write to us and we will propose to you a lead-time!

The most popular additional services that corporate events engage in are event videography with post-production highlights, followed by a photo booth with an instant print service.

  1. Please provide all necessary information and requirements for your upcoming event, including date, time, and location, through the quotation form below.
  2. After you have filled out the form, a quotation and any inquiries will be provided via email.
  3. After confirming and addressing your enquiries, we will need to trouble you to endorse the quotation.
  4. The photographer’s introduction will occur roughly 3 days before the event through email or mobile. At this point in time, you may brief them on highlights of the event if you wish.
  5. The photographer will be arriving roughly 15-20 minutes or even ahead of time to interlink with you and carry out a site survey before the start of the event.
  6. Once the event ends, the photographer will proceed to back up your photos and start processing the images taken.
  7. At this point, you will receive an invoice from your dedicated account manager.
  8. When the photographer has completed the photo process, they will drop you a secure download link to download your photos.

Payment methods are PayNow, PayLah!, PayPal, GrabPay, and iBanking.

We are registered on several vendors’ portals so that you can get an invoice from us via the relevant outlets. E.g. Gebiz, Vendors.Gov, Tenderboard, SESAMi, and Ariba. As a result, we can provide an invoice based on your preferences for our government agency clients.

Before the dawn of social media, corporate events may require some key edited soft copies of photos for media releases such as news sites, traditional prints, and now, social media releases.

Besides videography and the existence of a photo booth, should the award ceremony be the core component of the event, our best selling and recommended top-up options are instant photo printing or post-event photo printing with photo sleeves development. Design of the photo printing overlay and photo sleeves are included in our service.

In order to understand this entire journey, we need to explain it in more detail.

  1. We will provide you with a portfolio deck of our past photo sleeves developments and propose a type based on your references.
  2. A quotation will be provided once we know your preferred choice and quantity.
  3. Once confirmed, we will request information and branding assets from you, such as the logo, event caption, invitation card from your event, and theme assets. Or we will reference your company or agency website to develop two different designs for your approval, with the total number of drafts set at two for your selected design.
  4. Upon final approval, we will send it for development.

The entire process will take approximately 3 weeks. Depending on how fast the approval and design feedback is, the development process of the sleeve will take up to 2 weeks, depending on the complexity of your design.

We recommend starting the process at least 3 weeks to a month before your event.
