The Glow288 is a bespoke Event Photography Singapore service tailored for private events such as birthday parties or baby showers and more. After viewing the package and it suits what you require, we recommend you to go for the Glow288 package as the process is a lot faster.

All events are made differently and that is what makes your event unique, the type of activities, the happenings at the event. We do not limit the number of photos the photographer takes.

In general, the 1st 2 hours of engagement is approximately 80 – 120 photos or more and the subsequent hours is 30 – 50 photos or more.

All photos will be edited, exported into high-resolution softcopies in jpeg and delivered to you via a secure cloud transfer service such as Dropbox, Wetransfer to your email.

The lead-time is 4-6 weeks for all photos to be processed, however, we understand at time you might require urgent use of certain photos, please do not hesitate to reach out to us!

The most popular additional service that people take along with event photography is developing a canvas print follow by having a photobooth.

Recently we have seen a demand for videography coverage due to videography being popular and easy to share these days.

  1. If you are going for Glow288 it’s more straightforward, go to the package and click or tap on the book now button on the Glow288 pricing table on the promotion packages page. Else pop us a message!
  2. Once you completed the form, we will reply via email with a quotation or confirmation (Glow288).
  3. Once confirmed and we have addressed your enquiries, we will provide you with an invoice.
  4. A small amount of deposit is required to secure the photographer’s date and timing.
  5. The photographer will reach out to you via email or mobile to introduce himself/herself at least 3 days before the event. At this stage, you can brief the photographer on highlights of the event if you want to.
  6. On the actual day of your event, the photographer will arrive at least 15-20 minutes or earlier to link up with you and do a site survey before the event starts.
  7. After the event ends, the photographer will head back, backup your photos and start to process. At this stage, our staff will reach out to you to collect the remaining payment.
  8. When the photographer completes the photo, he or she will drop you a secure download link to download your photos.

Wedding And ROM Event Photography

Firefly’s first wedding event photography assignment was a referral from a family who had a family photoshoot with us. Ever since then, we have been a part of many milestones of our lovely couples for Actual Day Wedding and ROMs. Our team has honed our craft over the years and have since expanded our capabilities to provide a full suite of media services for any wedding couple such as actual day wedding videography with morning highlights, photo booth and casual pre-wedding with behind the scenes filming, we also develop a canvas print for your wedding display! For Weddings, we go by full-day and half-day rates, some weddings may last 4 to 6 hours while others may go beyond 10 hours, do write to us and we will deliver an accurate and transparent quotation.

For ROMs, we also have a customised package for you.

While the rates may be different due to a lot of factors such as our manpower’s particular skill set, equipment used and experience of the photographer, one may be experienced in birthdays while the other may be experienced in wedding and we will allocate accordingly.

  1. After you wrote to us with your wedding or ROM date, we will respond with more portfolio and rates.
  2. For the actual day wedding, we will arrange a non-obligational consultation.
  3. Once confirmed, we will block out our crew’s date’s and collect a small deposit. Should you want, we can provide you with wedding planning templates to help you plan your wedding.
  4. Approximately 2 months before your wedding, we will reach out to you again to arrange for a casual pre-wed if applicable and confirm any schedule changes.
  5. After your wedding, our crew will go back and back up all photo and or video assets into a secure cloud and start processing them.
  6. We will invoice with the final amount at this stage.
  7. Immediately when all photo and video assets are sorted together in your dedicated cloud folder, we will send you a secure link to download them.

Corporate Event Photography in Singapore has become the bread and butter of the Firefly Photography team since 2013. Our Photographer in Singapore has seen and covered event of any scale, from National Events such as the National Day Parade since 2014, Chingay, Military Events such as International Maritime Dialogue where we had to go up to Navy Cruisers. While both service and packages, deliverables are all photos edited and returned with key moments capturing process, depending on the requirement, different photographer skillset, equipment used and even editing style might differ.

Private event deliverables have often more photos deliverables while corporate event photos have more specific key photo deliverables such as award photos.

  1. We will provide you with a portfolio deck of our past photo sleeves developed, propose to you a type or you can give us a reference.
  2. Once we know your preferred choice and quantity, we will provide you with a quotation.
  3. Once confirmed, we will request information and branding assets from you such as logo, event caption, invitation card from your event, theme assets or we will also reference your company or agency website to develop 2 different designs for your approval. The total number of drafts is at 2 for your selected design.
  4. Upon final approval, we will send for development.

The entire process will take approximately 3 weeks, depending on how fast the approval and design feedback is, the development process of the sleeve will take up to 2 weeks depending on the complexity of your design.
