Our appointment booking system is email driven,  as the schedule list is long, it will be easier for you to choose your desired slots by viewing it.

As all bookings are made back-to-back in real time, in an event the slot you chose for your 1st choice has been fully reserved, we will immediately secure your 2nd or 3rd choice, therefore you will be able to secure a booking instead of having to wait for an email reply again. Rest assured that we will always secure your 1st choice unless the slot is fully reserved.

As indicated on the Groupon fine-print, there is a compulsory surcharge of $3 SGD for the postage/handling fees.

A sur-charge of $20 if you wish to book Groupon Studio on weekends.

A sur-charge of $20 if you wish to convert your Groupon Outdoor Voucher to Groupon Studio Voucher.

Due to a large call volume we may not be able to answer every call that comes in. If we do not, please drop us a text message and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Alternatively you can email us at info@fireflyphotographysg.com.

We reply emails on a daily basis to manage the large volume of emails, therefore we might not be able to reply your email instantly or within a day, however we assure that we will reply your email within 3 days or less. Do call or drop us a text message if we do not reply your email by the 3rd day you sent. We seek your kind understanding on this.

Here are some common and possible scenarios of no reply of emails.

1) Our email might be filtered into your junkmail.
2) Clients who sent us email on Friday night, Saturday or Sunday will be replied by Monday – Tuesday as we are all out for the weekend photo-shoot.
3) We have picked a reliable email service for our company, however on rare occasions, emails will be lost or failed to sent through the server.

No you will not be sharing photographer with other groups of people, 1 photographer will be assigned to 1 session, you and your family/friends who came to the session with you will have a photographer exclusively for your session.

The voucher includes only the best 5 digitally edited soft copies selected carefully by our photographer. For each pose, the photographer will snap multiple pictures, the best one of each picture based on exposure, lighting etc will be selected and edited.

As the photography sessions are back-to-back and all our photographer will need go for their next session, there will not be enough logistics, for example; time and laptop battery to allow clients to to pick 5 of the 100-200 photos taken during the session. However, do not worry there will be time for preview of your photos, during the preview of your photos, do state your preferences.

For the Current Groupon Promotion, do note that the images cannot be used for advertorial, commercial or profitable purposes unless otherwise stated as licensing fee will be imposed.

The photography session will last 90 minutes which includes roughly 1 hour or more of photo-taking, minimum 15 minutes of previewing of your photos and answering of any enquires.

Roughly 100-200 or more photos will be taken during the session, there is an optional package which you can refer to at the “add-ons” tab above.

Due to the large volume of photos to edit and process, it will take roughly 4-6 weeks or less from the date of your photography session for the DVD to be delivered to your indicated address. However you can opt for an express service to have the DVD delivered to you within 7 working days, you can refer to the “add-ons” tab above for this service.

Your photos will be in a DVD, bubble-wrapped and delivered by mail to your mailbox by Singpost.

If you do not receive the DVD by the 6th week or have problems with the DVD, do drop us an email or text message with the following information below and we will send you a new copy.

1) Name
2) Contact number
3) Date of your photography session
4) Invoice number

After finishing all the steps ( refer to the “booking procedure” tab above ). You will meet us for the registration, after which you will be assigned a photographer, the photographer will guide you around the photo shooting location and take photos at various area around the location. If you have poses or settings in mind, do highlight to the photographer. Our photographers are highly experienced and will pose you accordingly even if you do not have poses in mind. After the shoot, the photographer will back-up the photos, preview you to some of our edited pictures to have you better understand of how we select and edit the photos. You can then view your photos and decide the package you would like to take. ( Refer to ” add-on” tabs above. )

All of our photographers uses high-end equipments and will compensate on the lighting and exposure, however we will always do our best to use the natural lighting, so pick any timing that you like!

Hort Park

Also known as the gardening hub, is a well-known location for wedding photography. Hort park provides a nature setting with many small plots of land being landscaped into a different and unique design like the famous ” curve steps “, therefore providing an unlimited number of backdrops! Its our favorite shooting location and most recommended!

MacRitchie Reservoir Park

Beautiful reservoir park with the famous “zig-zag” bridge, the hot spot for outdoor wedding photo shoot. MacRitchie reservoir park provides a nature setting with clear skies and greenery!

Singapore Chinese Garden

Chinese oriental structures like the twin pagoda, spiral stairs, beautiful grass patches and trees,  its like visiting ancient times with a taste of greenery!

No, 1 voucher is entitled to only 1 session. *Firefly Photography reserves all rights to void the 2nd 3rd or x number of vouchers for that particular session. If you wish to get more photos we have an optional package which is more worthwhile. Refer to the “add-ons” tab above to find out why.

However you can buy multiple vouchers as gifts or have a photography session with different groups, for example, 1 voucher for friends, the other one for family.

Firefly photography understands that clients have their own important reasons for rescheduling, however do note that priority will always be given to clients who are doing their first booking for their purchased voucher. Except for those who are affected by rain or unforeseen circumstances like events.

*We will always do our part to email the parks or look up their events calendar before appointing a date and location for the shoot, however on rare occasions, these information might be wrong, example; a sudden change of location of a concert or event by a private entity to Firefly designated photo shooting venue on the day of the photo shoot.

Please view our gallery thumbnails, most of the photos are edited, our editing mainly consist of lighting, contrast and non-complicated effects like vintage, black and white.

No, this promotion does not include wardrobe, make-up or hair-stylist.

Avoid fully clothed in black/white. Wear bright solid colored clothing, this will give out a very nice contrast.

Besides the printed voucher, we strongly recommend bringing props to make your photos unique. Here are some examples; solid colored umbrellas, solid colored balloons, straw hats, your child’s favorite toy, bubbles, flowers and many more.

Yes you can bring extra set of clothing, however we recommend just 1 additional set so that you will have more time for more photos taking. And yes, there are toilets at the locations.

Dogs are allowed at Hort park and MacRitchie Reservoir park, however at Singapore Chinese Garden security guards has indicated to us that dogs are not allowed into the compound.

We are a diverse collective of professional photographers from varying backgrounds and disciplines with commercial experience, promising a professional service and quality work.

We are proud too have both students and working adult to be part of our team as well, they are carefully interviewed and have gone through rigorous training.
